  • Right-click Google > New > Key and this time name Chrome.
  • on the left side of  the menu, in the blank space, right-click > New > select DWORD (32-bit) value and name it IncognitoModeAvailability
  • Double-tap this subkey (IncognitoModeAvailability) and inside value data, insert 1 and hit OK.
  • Close the registry editor and launch Chrome. Then, close and relaunch it in case it was already running.

You will notice that the New Incognito Window option is not available in the Chrome menu. And that’s how you disable the incognito mode in Chrome permanently. While the nature of this step is permanent, you can always right-click Google and delete the keys from the registry. This action will make the “New Incognito Window” option reappear inside the Chrome menu.
