How To See Deleted Messages On Discord?

Discord allows you to delete your messages by simply right-clicking > “Delete Message.” When you delete your message, it is deleted for everyone, including the server owner and moderators of the server.

Discord inherently does not allow you to restore or view any deleted messages as it goes against their Terms Of Service and Server Guidelines. However, there is a way out! Below in this quick guide, we are going to tell you how to see deleted messages on Discord.

Now without further ado, let’s dive straight in.

How To View Deleted Messages On Discord?

To see deleted messages on Discord you first need to install BetterDiscord and MessageLoggerV2.

Once installed, add MessageLoggerV2 to the plugins folder and enable it.

After enabling the plugin, you will be able to see your deleted messages on Discord by opening the log.

In order to do so, you need to right-click the server and click “Open logs.”

The log comprises 4 tabs including the one you’re looking for, which is the “Deleted” tab.

In this “Deleted’ tab, you will see the Deleted messages on Discord.

Alongside the message, you’ll also be able to see the date and time of the deleted message.

There’s an added functionality of clearing the logs. This option clears all the deleted messages from the panel.
