Discord allows you to run communities and drive conversations. It’s a great place to look for potential like-minded people to have conversations with, play games, exchange messages, images, videos and so much more. However, much like every social media interaction, not every message or image you share on Discord is intended to be shown to everyone. That is where the Discord spoiler tags come in handy.
As the name suggests, Discord spoiler tags are used to hide messages. Before sending your message if you think your text or image contains some sensitive information or in general, “spoilers” that should not be leaked without intimation, you can label it as a spoiler. Discord ensures that once shared, your attachment stays hidden. Not until someone taps the spoilered image or text will they be able to see or read the content.

Conclusion
Discord is a cross-platform instant messaging and digital distribution platform. It is designed to help people communicate with their loved ones efficiently and in more ways than one. Over the top, it allows users to find like-minded people across the platform by giving them access to tens and hundreds of public servers.
And because it’s a platform that allows the exchange of audio-visual content at large, there can be times when we wish to share a piece of information that might not be suitable for all age groups, or contains spoilers for movies or content from the web that others might not have seen and wish to watch it, in which case spoiler tags on Discord is a useful feature.
